I usually do this sort of thing for music award shows, but since I had no idea who half the nominees were for the Kerrang awards last year, it seems I'm quite out of touch with everything to do with that now. So what's something I do actually know something about ? Video games, as sad as that sounds haha, but when you're working in the environment I do, surprisingly, you pick things up. So conveniently, the BAFTA video game awards have just happened, so now I'm going to tell you what should have won (imo >_>).

Who should have won: ANYTHING BUT. I will tell you now, I dislike the Uncharted series. It's like a borng rip off of Tomb Raider. I don't really see L4D or COD as action games, so not them either. I've played the other three, and I think I probably enjoyed AC2 most. So that or Batman.

Who should have won: I can see the same five games being nominated for everything lol. I've only played Flower briefly in a demo, but it was pretty alright and artistic so I'm fine with this. How Street Fighter or COD could ever be seen as 'artistic' is beyond me, but whatever.

Who should have won: This was a bit surprising for me, I fully expected COD to win, so this is quite refreshing. However, I prefered Assassin's Creed 2. But Batman was still pretty fun to play. Why L4D2 was even nominated is beyond me.

Who should have won: The Beatles: Rock Band, without a doubt. That game more or less made me addicted to that band, and it's freakishly fun. I happen to think all the Wii Sports games are a novelty and get very boring, very quickly.

Who should have won: Not LBP. I hated it on PS3, so I expect on PSP it would be even more annoying and even more fiddly. I've only played two games on this list however; Layton and Scribblenauts. Layton was easily the best out of the two.

Who should have won: If this was Left 4 Dead 1, it would be well deserved. However, it's sequel is not very fun at all, and actually feels like hard work, even on the normal difficulty setting. So no. I'd say COD or The Beatles. And not Halo because I have an irrational hatred of Halo too.
